Tasting Notes:
“Roasty woodsy nose, aromas of tropical fruit, oak and rye, dark madrona hue, crisp with tastes of cherry, plum, clove, creme de menthe and toffee. earthy with a moderate wild tartness, finishes dry with a spectrum of warming herbal notes.”

Ale brewed with Propolis House Microbes and Brettanomyces- cellar +3 years
Food Pairings:
Grilled game, soft-ripened cheese, roasted vegetables, wild mushrooms, potato and leek soup, grilled asparagus, mole, german chocolate cake, tort
