Hopscotch is a “Farm to Jar” operation that grows heirloom produce and crafts artisan pickles, relish, and preserves in Port Townsend, WA. Our goal is to weave together agricultural traditions, the craft of canning, modern “locavorism,” and a sense of place in order to celebrate the abundance of the Olympic Peninsula.
“Grown Here, Made Here, and Sold Here” Meghan grows heirloom produce and uses it to handcraft artisan products that feed the local community. By preserving the harvest during the abundance of the summer, she can help you enjoy the essence of the Olympic Peninsula year-round. And by maintaining soil health, growing open pollinated varieties, and harvesting crops at peak ripeness, she ensures her products are packed with both flavor and nutrition. Each small batch is hand-packed and made with love.
